Terms of Service

1. About the Service

TokiRing ("the Service") is a community notification infrastructure provided by TokiStorage. Two plans are available: a free plan and a Standard Plan (paid monthly). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Terms of Use

• The free plan is provided at no cost with ad display.
• The Standard Plan is a paid monthly service. For pricing and payment details, see the Commercial Transactions Act disclosure.
• Spam, harassment, unauthorized access, and other misuse through the Service is prohibited.
• Content distributed to residents is the responsibility of the tenant administrator.
• Commercial redistribution or resale is prohibited.

3. Resident Usage

• Push notification registration is voluntary and can be disabled anytime via browser settings.
• No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is required for registration.
• Notification delivery timing depends on device status and browser behavior; instant delivery is not guaranteed.

4. Tenant Administrator Responsibilities

• Tenant administrators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of distributed content.
• The representative's name (admin panel password) must be managed appropriately.
• When the representative changes, promptly update the name in the admin panel.
• Changing the slug (URL) after registration may invalidate residents' PWA and push notification registrations.

5. Standard Plan

• The Standard Plan is a paid monthly service.
• Cancellations take effect from the following month.
• For refund policies, see the Commercial Transactions Act disclosure.
• We make best efforts to maintain service continuity, but cannot guarantee complete uptime as the Service depends on GitHub Pages and Cloudflare availability.

6. Advertising

The free plan displays ads provided by the Service. Ad content is managed by TokiStorage. Tenant administrators cannot specify or modify ad content.

7. Intellectual Property

Copyright for the Service's source code and design belongs to TokiStorage. Copyright for content registered by tenant administrators belongs to the respective administrator.

8. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is." Completeness and accuracy of operation are not guaranteed.
• TokiStorage bears no liability for damages arising from use of the Service.
• The Service may be modified or discontinued without notice.
• TokiStorage is not responsible for issues arising from content distributed by tenant administrators.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be changed without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
